[users@httpd] Trying to enable CGI script for the first time - (newbie question)
Hi,
I am trying my very first perl-cgi script testing it with Lincoln Stein's
script like this: http://stein.cshl.org/WWW/software/CGI/examples/tryit.txt
And I store this script as "test.pl" under /var/www/cgi-bin directory
My problem is why upon opening -- http://localhost/cgi-bin/test.pl -- it
gives
this: http://paste.phpfi.com/48065
instead of
this? http://stein.cshl.org/WWW/software/CGI/examples/tryit.cgi
By the way this is my
httpd.conf: http://paste.phpfi.com/48067
and
httpd2.perl.conf: http://paste.phpfi.com/48068
Can anybody suggest what's wrong with my approach? H
Thanks a lot beforehand.
