Upcoming release of Decanter 1.1.0 and Karaf 3.0.x

Hi All! It seems that release of Decanter 1.1.0 is coming, so I wonder
is this release intended to work with Karaf 3.0.x? I pulled
decanter-1.1.0 tag from git and tried to deploy its Kibana-4.x feature
to Karaf 3.0.6, but it failed with message:

ERROR: Bundle org.apache.karaf.decanter.kibana-4.x [109] Error starting
mvn:org.apache.karaf.decanter/org.apache.karaf.decanter.kibana-4.x/1.1.0
(org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Unresolved constraint in bundle
org.apache.karaf.decanter.kibana-4.x [109]: Unable to resolve 109.0:
missing requirement [109.0] osgi.wiring.package;
(&(osgi.wiring.package=org.apache.karaf.features)(version>=4.0.0)(!(version>=5.0.0))))

So is Karaf 3.0.x no more supported by Decanter 1.1.0?
