Greetings All,

This message is to ensure that every PMC knows about the upcoming Travis CI
cutoff on February 15th, 2023. From that date, PMCs will not be able to use
Travis to build their projects.

If your project uses Travis CI, please take the time to ensure that your
project has a build migration plan in place, has opened a Jira ticket for
Infra to get migration assistance, or has at least started the discussion
of what to do when Travis CI gets turned off for all Apache repositories.
