glh1991 opened a new issue #228: maven install fail

   项目中的pom.xml文件添加了依赖
   ```
   <dependency>
       <groupId>com.alibaba.boot</groupId>
       <artifactId>dubbo-spring-boot-starter</artifactId>
       <version>0.0.2</version>
   </dependency>
   ```
   同时指定了仓库
   ```
   <repositories>
       <repository>
           <id>sonatype-nexus-snapshots</id>
           <url>https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots</url>
           <releases>
               <enabled>false</enabled>
           </releases>
           <snapshots>
               <enabled>true</enabled>
           </snapshots>
       </repository>
   </repositories>
   ```
   但是执行maven install 报错.
   ```
   The following artifacts could not be resolved: com.alibaba.boot:dubbo-spring-boot-starter:jar:0.0.2, com.alibaba.boot:dubbo-spring-boot-actuator:jar:0.0.2: Could not find artifact com.alibaba.boot:dubbo-spring-boot-starter:jar:0.0.2 in artifactory
   ```
   想请教一下, 如何配置的settings.xml, 我的settings.xml就配置了一个mirror
   ```
   <mirror>
   	<id>artifactory</id>
   	<url>公司的仓库地址</url>
   	<name>Artifactory</name>
   	<mirrorOf>*</mirrorOf>
   </mirror>
   ```
