The Debug and Action tags are vertical-bar separated lists, *NOT* comma or colon separated which is reported by the 'traffic_server' usage/help. This can confuse new developers. The example in 'records.config.in' is correct. Proper multiple wildcard tag usage from the command line is as follows:
