search in jsp generated pages

Hi, i'm new with lucene and i haven't found anything in the archives about
my problem. I'm developping a website on tomcat and magnolia( which allow
users to add their paragraphs very easily). The templates, the "models", are
in jsp pages, and the content is stored in repositories. So there is no
place where .html are stored, and i don't know how to index pages that are
generated when the user view them. Any idea ?
