[users@httpd] Server Side Includes

Hi,
I'm new to this forum. Can someone tell me how to see the complete list
of emails etc?
 
Also, I am trying to get Server Side Includes going on Windows XP Pro
(no service packs).
I had it going around a year ago, but now it has stopped for some
reason.
I have downloaded the latest version of Apache
and modified the http.conf file according to the instructions (see
attached)
and tried to include another file, just like I did before.
 
Any pointers in the right direction would be most appreciated.
