how to construct james dev?

hi,

 i had download james2.3 scr pacaage. and construct james.
it occur this error when i run  "D:\jamessrc\WEB-INF>build.bat"

I just tried it under windows and it worked.

I don't understand why in your message sometime you have the "workspace" 
folder and sometimes not.

Also try to change dir to the source root and then run "build" from there.
