JSR-286 Support

Is there any feel for whether or not pluto will have functional JSR-286
support by early April (2007) at the latest?  The reason for the date is an
ApacheCon tie-in, which would be the first week of May.

I just need something that provides functional JSR-286 support, and Pluto
being the RI, it seems the natural fit.
