Hi Larry, Stian,
Yes. If we could get together and share our skills is great idea but as
Stian said, the geographical separation between us is to be considered.
I think if we could arrange some online meetups, video conferences may
helpful.

Yeah, we could do some kind of webinar series.
On one project, Common Workflow Language, they have regular Google+
hangouts, every week. This helps to set the agenda and drive the
project forward. Perhaps that could be a good thing for us to try?
Alan, didn't we do some G+ hangouts earlier..?
