   I'm currently having the same issue:
   `io.fabric8:docker-maven-plugin:0.45.1:start (default-start) on project temp: Cannot create docker access object  \\.\pipe\docker_engine (All pipe instances are busy)`
   
   I'm using Windows 11 and Docker Desktop. My stack trace is pretty much identical as yours.
   
   I sometimes get these issues with Docker Desktop, and usually restarting or rerunning the mvn commands solved the issue, but this time I can't seem to escape the error.
