Regression.
Plugin doesn't send "Authorization" header during HTTP Put.
Information:
* credentials configured in settings.xml
* basic authentication
* works in version <= 2.8.2

Compared previous and new code, no auth credentials were passed along the issue must be somewhere else. Please create a minimal sample project I can try with my local Nexus instance.

In our company we manage altReleaseDeploymentRepository and altSnapshotDeploymentRepository in the settings.xml. I had to remove the `default` part from these properties as well to get a successful deploy.

As a hacky workaround, at least with 3.0.0-M1 you may define an additional `server` with `id` like `central::default`, i.e. `REPO_ID::default` in your `settings.xml`.

Hi [Michael Osipov](https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=michael-o) i have uploaded some log files now. You can see that the BasicRepositoryConnector of 3.0.0-M1 doesn't contain the credentials as in 2.8.2
In all test cases, my settings file looks like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<settings>
<servers>
<server>
<id>central</id>
<username>[MY-REAL-USERNAME]</username>
<password>[MY-REAL-PASSWORD]</password>
</server>
</servers>
</settings>
```

I am getting the same issue. Any update after one year of this ticket? - I saw that this happened 2009 as well, maybe the tickets MNG-4478, MNG-4469 with the patches will help fixing this.
