This is not an issue with svn 1.7 itself. This is an issue with our EU
mirror being behind the US master.  We are working on this however.

Meanwhile I have sent a message to infra.

I hope they will find a solution soon - impossible to work without.
Maybe a server reboot will do the trick.
I hope it is nothing serious.
