[jira] [Commented] (HADOOP-15685) Build fails (hadoop pipes) on

tomwang commented on HADOOP-15685:

{{A simplified error message could be:}}
{{[WARNING] /home/hadoop/hadoop-tools/hadoop-pipes/src/main/native/utils/impl/SerialUtils.cc:22:10: fatal error: rpc/types.h: No such file or directory}}

A correct fix should be test whether rpc/types.h exists, and use a variable name to conditionally add tirpc path into include paths/libraries. An example can be found in other hadoop modules' CMakefile

> The rpc/types.h and similar includes are no longer part of glibc.
> Instead tirpc needs to be used now on those systems.
