Error Transaction is dead '60'

got a problem with my svn system.

1. couldn't commit or update my repository
2. tried to find out about active transactions by:   svnadmin lstxns 
/reposPath
3: one transaction was listed, output: 60
4. checked, if the transaction was outdated, by: svnlook info /reposPath
5. tried to remove this transaction by: svnadmin rmtxns /reposPath 60
6. >> somewhat executed
7. now this transaction '60' is dead but still remaining in my 
transactions table. and locking my repository!

when i execute      svnlook info /reposPath '60'
says                      svn: Transaction is dead: '60'

recovery of repository didn't help at all
would appreciate any help u could give me
