Unable to record and Share Screen

Hi all,

When I try to record meeting or share screen the "Desktop Sharer" window opens but unable to record or share screen. How to overcome this issue?

You need to wait until this will be fixed in 3.0 or switch back to 2.1.1

You need to wait until this will be fixed in 3.0 or switch back to 2.1.1
