Spring batch does not allow a job with identical parameters to be run twice if it is already running or has completed successfully.

Since granule is the only parameter to ningester, it will not change when trying to ingest two variables from the same granule file.

Possible solutions:
 # Ningester should be able to index more than one variable per run
 # Add an additional input parameter to the ningester job so the two instances can be distinguished from one another.
