Commons Daemon: problem with daemon loader

greetings,

I'm trying to use the commons daemon...
I have the following problem:

[root@piupiu TEST]# ./jsvc -errfile `pwd`/out.txt -cp 
commons-daemon.jar:webstore.jar MyClass
[root@piupiu TEST]# cat out.txt
jsvc.exec error: Cannot find daemon loader 
org/apache/commons/daemon/support/DaemonLoader
jsvc.exec error: Service exit with a return value of 1
[root@piupiu TEST]#

the commons-daemon.jar is at the same directory of execution... what can 
be wrong here?
