According to the announcement[1], HDInsight 3.3 is added on 12/02/2015.

And, as of 01/27/2016, HDInsight (Linux) 3.3.1000.4072335 uses HDP 2.3.3.1-1. 

This issue aims to make a docker-test coverage for HDInsight 3.3.
