mapred trunk nightly and commit builds

Mapred trunk build is now moved to h3.grid.sp2.yahoo.net machine from vesta.apache.org machine.

Apart from this move,  hudson is also configured to run commit build by polling svn for changes every 10mins.

Mapreduce patch builds now gets its own dedicated patch build machine: h6.grid.sp2.yahoo.net
