t/spf.t question

Do tests 13 and 14 in t/spf.t work for anyone? They haven't for me for a long
time and I thought it was a configuration issue here, but I am looking at it
and I don't see how they are supposed to come up with a "neutral" result. Tests
27 and 28 also never work for me, but I haven't looked at them as carefully yet.

Justin broke the tests with r367773 for bug 4760. I still think that
internal_networks should be explicitly declared in trusted_networks, and
Justin was going to read some documentation before making up his mind,
so I haven't bothered mucking with the tests.
