[J1] Download link points to Jakarta site which does NOT contain, Jetspeed.

Download link on the Jetspeed-1 page points to Jakarta download site.  This site
does NOT contain Jetspeed.

I found the distribution at the following location:
    http://www.apache.org/dist/portals/jetspeed-1/
