Very difficult to try to help if you don't tell us:

a) what site (URL( are you using for your download.   (It should ALWAYS AND
ONLY BE www.openoffice.org),

b)  Web browser and version;

c).  OS and version;

d)  available disk space on hard drive disk you seek to load / install OO
