[Catalina] Development plans & future

After reviewing the catalina archiecture, its seems to address many of the problems I have been having with tomcat. In this regard I have a number of qustions:

1) What are the catalina development plans?
2) Will tomcat components be refactored and saved into the catalina repository? or Will the tomcat 3.2 release be moved onto the catalina architecture?
3) When could we expect the first tomcat release under the catalina architecture or first runable catalina server?

Regards,
Serle

Hi Serle,

I'm interested in the same answers. I've begun working through building the
Catalina engine and trying to get it to start. I'm very interested in
pushing development forward as soon as possible.

Craig.McClanahan@eng.sun.com is best qualified to answer the integration plans.
