new SVG Spec

It looks like they have released
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-SVG-20000802/) a new SVG spec.
This is release candidate 1.0
I wonder what they have changed this time?

They also have a test suite at: http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/
Which will probably show how many things are not done yet. But at least
we can see how things should look.

Elliotte Rusty Harold writes on this in Cafe con Leche:

Wednesday, August 2, 2000
The W3C has promoted Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) to a Candidate
Recommendation. This draft makes primarily editorial changes. The changes to SVG
itself are relatively minor. Most of those are in various parts of the DOM.
