Hi BCEL team!

Some comments with regards to the BCEL website:
* there is no download link available from BCEL page to download area. A 
person can always go through Jakarta main page, but I don't think all 
the users will find that workaround.
* the mailing list (un)subscribe links are a bit overdone:
    mailto:mailto:bcel-dev-subscribe@jakarta.apache.org
    mailto:mailto:bcel-dev-unsubscribe@jakarta.apache.org
