This is not possible.

If you want the port to remain stable, you will have to configure it explicitly.

Note that port ranges can also be configured, and the ports in the range will be used in order; i.e., if you configure 10000-10005, if no other process ever uses port 10000, Flink will always use it.

> If the minicluster port is set to 0, can we have it able to reuse the same port after it's been closed and started again? The reason for this use case is simply that we have the port set to 0 but we'd like to restart the minicluster in order to get rid of completed/expired jobs.
