Summary: On request for non-existent folder, the file with the
                    same name opens
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Runtime Config
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: smokemaker@mail.ru

I've got user-friendly URLs like http://.../projects/14/, which should be redirected to
http://.../projects/index.php?id=14. (Folder 14 doesn't exists on the disk) And it
works until I place file 14.php or 14.html or 14.php5 to folder "projects". After this,
Apache returns this file. If filename is 14.txt or 14.smth, then everything works
correctly.
Is this a bug? And if not, then how can I disable it?
Serge.

This seems to a configuration question. Please get to the user mailing list
(http://httpd.apache.org/lists.html#http-users) as this a bug tracker and not a
support forum.
