Artifacts are now available in the official Apache Aurora bintray repos:
https://bintray.com/apache/aurora/

NB: Now that both debian-jessie and ubuntu-trusty debs are being released
(and centos-7 next week), the old flat namespace is replaced with one level
of nesting by target platform, see:
https://apache.bintray.com/aurora/ubuntu-trusty/
