Running Java as an NT/2000 Service

This post is in response to someone who had a question about running 
installing james as a NT/2000 Service.

I have successfully used an open source tool called jsrvany.
http://jsrvany.sourceforge.net/

It might require a little bit of java coding and a wrapper.  But definitely 
a good tool and quite easy to use.
