[RESULT] [VOTE] Release Apache Tomcat 7.0.0 as beta

Sorry for the delay. Work got in the way for a few days.

I am pleased to announce that the 7.0.0 release vote passed. Tomcat
7.0.0 will be released as beta early next week (I need to find some time
to prep the website for a new major version).

The votes were:
Beta:   markt*, Martin Dubuc, funkman*, rjung*, pero*, kkolinko*,
        jfarcand*
Alpha:  None
Broken: None

* Indicates a binding vote from a PMC member

Thanks to everyone who tested the release candidates, provided feedback
and voted.

I thought I voted Beta as well before I left on vacation last week --
maybe that was for the RC4 instead?  Anyways, happy to see it out.
