The ResourceLoader is used by the Entityhub Indexing Tool to import configured files (e.g. all files in a Folder). Currently users need to manually move already imported files to avoid to import them again.

This option will allow to configure an additional Folder where successfully imported files are moved to.

Components that use the ResourceLoader (such as the Jena TDB indexing source) can use this feature.
