Processors and Mediators

Folks

I'm going to take a crack at the line item:
Simplification: Integrate processor and mediator and move
ProcessorConfigurator <http://wiki.apache.org/ws/ProcessorConfigurator> to
be MediatorFactory <http://wiki.apache.org/ws/MediatorFactory>

This is going to make some major changes to Synapse. I plan to make
everything work again - but if you have code that relies on Processor that
isn't checked in then it will get deprecated.

Please hold off changes in Synapse for a few hours till I can do a checkin.
