It was originally reported by someone running solaris, I could not
reproduce with hpux, but with mod_perl, b11 and the perl -V below,
httpd will choke on BrowserMatch when starting up.  I still have yet
to dig around with nm.  If you happen to be using mod_perl 0.98_09,
you won't see the problem since it has a temporary workaround that
switches the link order back to the way it was in b10.
