libicu-i18n.a

Hi,


I try to run an application C on AIX 4.3 using the Library libxalan-c1_1.a,
It doesn't work because of a link on the Library libicu-i18n.a which is missing.

If anybody gets the library  libicu-i18n.a   build for an AIX 4.3 platform, 
I will be happy to receive it because I cannot rebuild the ICU sources with my C++ compiler.
