[I] GUI not showing correct last run [airflow]

JoelHaslam opened a new issue, #49941:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/49941

   ### Apache Airflow version

   2.10.5

   ### If "Other Airflow 2 version" selected, which one?

   _No response_

   ### What happened?

   I have a few DAGs scheduled to run every morning. When I log on in the morning the DAGs page is showing the previous days run as the 'last run' and the 'next run' as the one that should have (and has) run the current morning.

   <img width="959" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e14e64de-ca64-43ff-bd93-d575cf2eb40c" />

   However when I select the DAG to view it's contents, I see all the correct information.

   <img width="957" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6c5b57ee-2618-4b05-aaab-9e9a2e7e1341" />

   Running airflow 2.10.5 with docker on a ubuntu 22.04 VM using the default docker-compose file.

   Full os-release file:
   PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS"
   NAME="Ubuntu"
   VERSION_ID="22.04"
   VERSION="22.04.5 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)"
   VERSION_CODENAME=jammy
   ID=ubuntu
   ID_LIKE=debian
   HOME_URL="https://www.ubuntu.com/"
   SUPPORT_URL="https://help.ubuntu.com/"
   BUG_REPORT_URL="https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/"
   PRIVACY_POLICY_URL="https://www.ubuntu.com/legal/terms-and-policies/privacy-policy"
   UBUNTU_CODENAME=jammy

   ### What you think should happen instead?

   The home page should show that the last run occurred at 7am on the 29th April, like the details of the DAG shows.

   ### How to reproduce

   Schedule a DAG to run every morning and see what occurs in the homepage. Unsure if this is specific to my deployment type or all Airflow deployments.

   ### Operating System

   Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

   ### Versions of Apache Airflow Providers

   snowflake provider

   ### Deployment

   Docker-Compose

   ### Deployment details

   EC2 VM deployed in AWS and docker containers running on the machine. Followed the airflow docs for running on docker with little to no changes.

   ### Anything else?

   First time raising a bug, please let me know if there are any extra details that would be useful such as webserver logs etc. Happy to help!

   ### Are you willing to submit PR?

   - [ ] Yes I am willing to submit a PR!

   ### Code of Conduct

   - [x] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md)

   When you hover over the `(i)` info tooltip next to the last/next run dates in the dags list, do you see the correct information?

   It shows mixed information, the top bit still has the date wrong, but the UTC section has a correct date in.

   Thanks, I think I am starting to understand these different times. Happy to close this issue for now as I think it is behaving as expected.

   This is because there are lots of dates on a dag run, logical date, data interval and then the actual start-end dates: https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/core-concepts/dag-run.html#data-interval
