[users@httpd] Change Last Modified Date format?

Guys, is there a way to change the date format that you see in a directory
listing when fancyindexing is turned on? I specifically want to add seconds
to the directory listing.

Current Output:

xxxxx.txt 06-Mar-2003 21:23

What I would like to get:

xxxxx.txt 06-Mar-2003 21:23:XX

Where XX would be seconds.

There doesn't appear to be any configuration directive that affects this,
and I'm almost ready to start hacking source. Thanks in advance for any
information on this.
