Known restrictions by using svn over file-protocol on a network-share with more than one decelopers

Hello all,

 

are there any known restrictions by using svn over file-protocol on a
network-share with more than 

one decelopers? Should I switch to svnserve or apache?

 

(svn 1.2, FSFS Repo)
