[sandbox] Non-project contributions

What's the consensus on code which doesn't belong in a project?

Does it warrant a directory of its own under /contributions even if its only
one file (like in the case of a javascript query validator)? Or should there
be a "misc" directory for code like this?

I think that it should be under it's own folder in the contributions area.

Folders are cheap and the organization to help people better understand
where things are is worth the extra bits.

I'd say stick in its own clearly named contributions dir.
We can always cvs remove it and change things around later, if we find
a better structure.
