[GitHub] incubator-geode pull request #253: GEODE-136: Fix possible NullPointerExcept...

    GEODE-136: Fix possible NullPointerException in GetRegionsFunction

    Addresses an unlikely but possible NPE.
    Removes use of a deprecated interface.
    Introduces a missing unit test.
