[jelly] moving to a release.
One of the things we found very handy in Maven was to place bug reports
into a 'roadmap' saying which version they would get fixed in.
This allowed us to do some release planning, and gave everyone a long list
of things to look at to help, to move forward and to get things done.
I'm happy to help do this, what do others think?
Here's jelly's current roadmap:
http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10012&report=roadmap
Here's maven's:
http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10030&report=roadmap
here's my vote to say we schedule the bugs: +1.

To that end, I've created 1.0-beta-4 and 1.0 versions in Jira that can
be used to track.
