New documentation for review: juneau-examples-rest-jetty, juneau-examples-rest-springboot

I've updated the documentation for importing and running the REST
Examples in Eclipse:

The Spring Boot documentation also provides instructions on how to
deploy the REST Examples onto Heroku (cool stuff!).
