The Deltacloud Ruby Client does not seem to support the load_balancers or metrics collections.

Looking at the client directory:

Using the ve2 provider to test:

irb(main):078:0> result = client.load_balancers
NoMethodError: undefined method `load_balancers' for #<Deltacloud::Client::Connection:0x000000017d0888>
