Craig Russell commented on JDO-268:
-----------------------------------

The behavior of makePersistent should be the same as attachCopy in the case of the parameter being a detached instance. This is the only test case for the attach behavior, pending new test cases being written.

[jira] Resolved: (JDO-268) org.apache.jdo.tck.api.instancecallbacks.InstanceLifecycleListenerAttach fails with new definition of makePersistent instead of attachCopy

Andy Jefferson resolved JDO-268:
--------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

attachCopy() just met a horrible death in JPOX CVS. There'll be a short service later to commemorate its brief life (don't send any flowers please), after which you can grab builds dated 30/12/2005 or later.

Test now passes.
