[Issue 128370] [Sidebar] OLE objects are not displayed when the document is loaded

I come back to this issue. This is real a defect.

Navigator (access by F5 key) show the chart in OLE object.
Sidebar's navigator don't.
You should select the chart to show it.

So sidebar is not refresh correctly when the document is open.

Modified the title to reflect this.
