to help people learn what's going on, and because it's a lot nicer, we should
pretty-print our xhtml output.
there is a prettyprinting stylesheet in the profiling module. it should be moved
into its own module, improved a little and be included in our default publication.
people who want to tune their site for speed and make their output 2% smaller
can always deactivate it.

good idea. i just compared them, and it looks like the one in editors/ does not
handle mixed content correctly, i.e. elements are always put on a new line,
which adds extra whitespace in html if people do <em>C</em>lever<em>T</em>hings....

so let's move the xml2nicexml.xsl stylesheet out of profiling and into a new
module "prettyprinting". wdyt?
since it's a trivial change, could we do it before RC2?

BTW, the one-form editor uses a pretty-printing stylesheet too. Maybe we can
consolidate them.
