> ChunkedArray constructors are validated in terms of size and type of the input Arrays, but the [constructor of the form {{ChunkedArray(arrays, type)}}|https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/65aa527707d7067bff833bd744ebfd97f1c2c909/cpp/src/arrow/chunked_array.cc#L57-L65] does not performs these checks, thus allowing an empty object with omitted type to be created. Need to add the same checks as the other constructors have.
