If possible, please grant admin rights for the OFBiz project in Jira to the following two OFBiz PMC members:

Sharan Foga (sharan)
Jacques Le Roux (jacques.le.roux)

I have tried to use the Jira Admin screens but I was unable to add them to the admin group (i.e. added them then updated the page and it refreshed without them).
