Apache as proxy server infront of Weblogic 6.1

When we first time hit Apache server which passing JSessionID to backnend, it 
trunc the JsessionID after ";"

such as following URL returns back when error happens
https://www.eductions.com/eductionWebApp/login.jsp?
jsessionid=9GbcPgfpDCh75qPpUTq72yOu659VfpjVd2whlLczekZC4I5SW6hy!1100487015!-
1062707049!8001!7002
