Setting 

table entry {
   padding: 10mm 10mm 10mm 10mm;
}

in custom.css has no effect. The custom styles are added to the styler using addStylesheet(). This should add the attribute "fo:padding="10mm" to all "style:table-cell-properties" children of the "office:document-content" element, which it does not.
